Tammy L. Foskey is a Certified Public Accountant and founder and Managing Member of Lynn Business & Tax Services, LLC (LB&T), a tax and accounting practice in Delaware Ohio.

Tammy has over 32 years of experience working in large public accounting firms. She started her career at Arthur Andersen LLP in Philadelphia and moved to KPMG LLP in 2002. She then worked at BDO USA, LLP (BDO) before forming LB&T.

Tammy’s experience crosses over numerous industries dealing with federal, state/local and international tax compliance, consulting and accounting for Income Taxes (ASC 740). She has serviced all entity types of various revenue levels and individuals.

She has represented entity and individual clients dealing with the Internal Revenue Service, state and local tax authorities as well as foreign jurisdictions. She also acted as an outsourced tax director for clients and therefore understands issues and complexities from the client perspective.
In addition to her advanced tax technical knowledge, she also has exceptional accounting skills and worked with clients on building general ledgers and accounting records.

Not only is Tammy an excellent client service professional, she is also a dynamic speaker who has spent much of her career developing courses, materials and presentations for external and internal purposes. Additionally, while at BDO she designed, developed and implemented new technology and tools focused on enhanced automation and analytics.

Tammy earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Delaware and her Masters of Taxation from Villanova University. She is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in both Pennsylvania and Ohio and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Tammy uses her tax, accounting, automation and client relationship skills to provide a broad spectrum of services to large and small engagements.
